Podcast Like A PRO
Hey guys. How’s it going? Our phone has been ringing off the HOOK!! I noticed we have been getting SO MANY emails on podcasting recently.
Podcasting is the hottest thing to do right now - seriously like 30 MILLION podcasts exist this second. Crazy right?!
Podcast can benefit recording artist, songwriters and producers in a major way too. Podcast interviews are essential for today’s Electronic Press Kit (EPK). It’s also an accelerated way to market your brand, expand your reach and find new fans.
Podcast listeners love listening religiously because they can go about their day, run errands and learn something interesting and new at the same time.
Surprisingly, it’s not “hard” to record DIY Home Studio style either. Literally anybody can hop on board tonight and be a podcaster instantly.
Most great podcasts start after an amazing conversation with a friend, one too many cocktails or daydreaming up a killer concept.
After finding your theme, all you need is a bit of audio equipment. High-quality audio is pretty much LORD when it comes to podcasting - so make sure you invest in the right tools.
You can go the professional recording studio route or the DIY Podstudio style (or a combination of both!) but whatever you choose here’s a list of recommended, tried, tested & true best bets for setting up, starting and launching your own podcast at home.
